Full hook-up at every RV space includes:
- 500 gallons of water per month
- 500 kWh of electricity per month
- Sewer
- Garbage service
- Access to the laundry and shower rooms
- Wi-Fi
* Utility usage: Monthly rates include up to 500 gallons of water and 500 kWh of electricity. Usage exceeding these amounts will be billed at the rate charged to us by the utility providers.
Service Building
Our service building features coin-operated laundry facilities and six individual bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and toilet. The bathrooms are ADA compliant and are accessible by key card for RV guests.
Video surveillance is in use for your security.
Utilities & Mail
Cable and telephone service are available at every RV space. Please contact the provider directly to establish service.
Mailboxes are available for every RV space.
RV Age Requirement
Please note that, as of October 1, 2026, we no longer accept RVs manufactured before 2000. This policy applies to new RVs entering the park and does not affect existing RVs currently in the park.
